We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Automotive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ramona Court!
Main Job Duties
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to tire sales, service appointments, and customer inquiries
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and providing updates on repairs or vehicle status
- Sell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining integrity
- Maintain organized records of vehicle transactions, maintenance records, customer information, health and safety checklists, and equipment
- Coding, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Prepare documentation for warranty and National Accounts invoice processing
- Process any other required paperwork for Head Office and forward promptly
- Prepare Month-End accruals and forward to Accounting department
- Assist in physical inventory counts
- Ensure office supplies are kept appropriate stock levels
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, Office 365, and Outlook

Main Job Duties
- Assist with routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Support technicians in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and assembly tasks
- Follow safety protocols when handling heavy lifting, power tools, and welding equipment
- Read and interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to aid in troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Learn proper use of automotive repair equipment and adhere to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in excellent condition for daily use

Main Job Duties
- Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment with precision and efficiency for passenger and light truck vehicles, including removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating, and installing repaired or replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures
- Conduct diagnostics and inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and answering questions with a friendly attitude
- Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely while adhering to proper safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in excellent condition for daily use
- Support the counter team by providing product knowledge and communicate work completed or required

Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Technician License
- Valid Driver’s License; must be insurable (no major infractions in last 7 years)

Main Job Duties:
